After looking at the booking confirmation email, I see some errors with my contact information. Who do I contact to fix this?

If there are any errors in the information you entered during the registration process or errors in the confirmation email, you can change this in your Pilgrim Portal online.
  1. Log in to your Pilgrim Portal. The link to your Pilgrim Portal should have been sent to you after your registration. If you cannot find it, please reach out to us, and we can resend it to you!
  2. Once you're logged into your Pilgrim Portal, look for the menu bar and click on "Tasks." In the Tasks section, you will see a "Complete your Profile" task. Click on this task.
  3. If you have not completed this task before, you will see an "Open" button. Click on this and update your information with the correct details. If you have completed this task and need to make corrections, click on "Update Response" at the bottom of this task to edit your information.
  4. Once you have finished filling in all the boxes that have a "*", select "Complete" at the bottom. If you have not filled in all the boxes with a "*", you will not be able to select "Complete" and save your task.
  5. Once you click "Complete," the task should turn green.
