Can I make installment payments for my remaining balance?

Yes! You can make as many installment payments in your Pilgrim Portal as you would like up to the final date the final balance is due. To make your own installment payments, follow the instructions below: 

1. Log in to your Pilgrim Portal. 
   1. Go to https://youli.io/traveler/login
   2. Enter your email address when prompted.
2. Once you're logged into your Pilgrim Portal, look for the menu bar and click on "Payment."
3. Scroll down to see your invoice and remaining balance due. Your remaining balance will be next to the bolded words "Remaining Balance." To make a payment, there are two options under the "1. Make a Payment Now" section. Choose the "Pay the agreed chip-away amount."
4. Indicate the amount you want to pay now in the dollar box that will appear on the right.
5. Once you select you add the amount you want to pay, please ensure that the "Credit Card or ACH" payment method is selected.
6. After you double-check the selected payment method, there will be a pop-up at the bottom of the screen that says "Pay Now." Select this to be taken to a secure page where you can complete your online payment.
