Can I pay my remaining balance in installments?

Yes, you can make as many installment payments as you would like up to the final date the total balance is due. To make installment payments, follow the instructions below:

1. Log in to your Pilgrim Portal.
2. Click the “payment” tab on the left side of the main menu.
3. Scroll down to see your invoice and remaining balance.
4. To make a payment, scroll further down to the “Make a Payment Now” section.
5. Click "Pay the agreed chip-away amount” to pay a portion of your remaining balance and indicate the amount you want to pay.
6. Please ensure that the "Credit Card or ACH" payment method is also selected in the following section labelled “Choose a payment Method”.
7. Click the pop-up at the bottom of the screen that says "Pay Now”, which will direct you to a secure page where you can complete your online payment.
