How do I know if my cancellation has been confirmed?

Your trip cancellation will be confirmed in two steps:

1. Confirmation of Consent: We require an email from you explicitly consenting to the cancellation of your trip.
2. Follow-up Confirmation: Once the cancellation process is complete, you will receive a follow-up email from us confirming your cancellation.
