How much cash should I bring to WYD?

How much cash you bring really depends on your spending habits. Korea is a very tech-forward country, and most things can be paid for using a card. It is helpful to have some smaller bills and coins, but we would recommend withdrawing from an ATM in Seoul after you arrive in South Korea. We recommend starting with around 70,000 KRW in cash (approximately 50 USD), but you may spend more or less than that amount.
