I am traveling with someone. How do I indicate that we are rooming together?

If you are traveling with someone and want to ensure that you room together, you can indicate this in the roommate task on your online Pilgrim Portal.

1. Log in to your Pilgrim Portal. 
   1. Go to https://youli.io/traveler/login
   2. Enter your email address when prompted.
2. Once you're logged into your Pilgrim Portal, look for the menu bar and click on "Tasks." In the "Tasks" section, you will see a "Share Rooming Preferences" task. Click on this task.
3. Once you click on the task, you will see an "Open" button. Click on this button to add your roommate preference. In the "Rooming Preference" selection, choose either "Sharing a Twin Room (2 beds)" or "Sharing a Double Room (1 bed)." For the roommate name, put down the name of your travel partner.
4. Select "Complete" at the bottom to ensure your options are saved. Once you do this, the task should turn green, indicating it has been completed.

Once this task is updated, we will be aware that you and your travel companion want to room together. Please know that we will do our best to match you with a roommate but cannot guarantee a roommate. Until the time a roommate is confirmed, the Single Room package will be applied. If your roommate cancels, the single-room package will be reapplied.
