I am trying to complete my passport task, but it is not letting me complete it. What do I need to do to submit this?

One of the most common mistakes when completing this task is failing to upload a picture of the inside of your passport before finalizing the task. This image should encompass the page containing your ID photo, passport number, nationality, date of birth, issue date, and expiration date (please refer to the example photo below).

To upload this image, click on 'Add File.' Then, select the picture of your passport. After selecting the picture, wait for it to fully upload to your task. Once it's fully uploaded, click 'Complete,' and you should then be able to finalize this task.

Please note that upon submitting this task, it will turn orange. Our Support Team will review your passport information to ensure its accuracy. Following our review, the task will turn green.
