I imagine you need some of my information, like my passport, emergency contact, dietary needs. How do I send you that information?

Yes, we will need that information and more in order to make arrangements on your behalf. We will collect all this information through your tasks in your Pilgrim Portal. To fill out the tasks and send us this necessary information, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your Pilgrim Portal. 
    1. Go to https://youli.io/traveler/login
    2. Enter your email address when prompted.
  2. Once you're logged into your Pilgrim Portal, look for the menu bar and click on "Tasks."
  3. In the tasks section, the tasks that are white need to be completed. To complete a task, click on the task. There will be an "open" button in the task. Select this to fill out the task.
  4. Once you complete the information the task asks for, select "Complete" at the bottom before closing out of the task. If not, your information will not be saved.
  5. After completing this, the task will turn green, indicating it has been completed. If the task turns orange, it means it is pending our approval. It will turn green once we review it.
