What is the timeline after pilgrimage registration?

After registration, you can expect to engage with the following resources before your pilgrimage:

Emails: Prior to your departure, Verso will send you emails containing resources for pilgrimage preparation, including informational content for your specific pilgrimage, and even a self-guided “e-retreat” to help you spiritually prepare.

Complete Traveler Tasks: Log in to your Pilgrim Portal to complete the various tasks required for your pilgrimage (accepting terms & conditions, uploading passport information, etc.). Please complete all tasks at least 120 days before your pilgrimage.

Complete Final Payment: If you did not pay the full amount for your pilgrimage when you registered, you must submit all outstanding payments 120 days before your departure. You can make payments through your Pilgrim Portal, or you can write a check to Verso Ministries via our mailing address: P.O. Box 986, Notre Dame, IN 46556.

Attend the Pack and Prep Meeting: Your pack and prep meeting will be hosted by Verso about 6 weeks before your pilgrimage departure. We will discuss your itinerary, trip logistics, how to pack, and how to spiritually prepare. There will also be a Q&A session for you to ask any questions you have before the trip's departure.

Spiritual Formation: As part of your preparation, you’ll want to think about spiritually preparing for your trip, too! Start by praying and simply asking God to help you be open to what He wants you to experience on your journey. Maybe you pick a saint to start praying to or incorporate a new prayer into your daily routine.
