I’m traveling by myself to World Youth Day. What should I be aware of to be less nervous?

When you’re traveling to World Youth Day, you’re accompanied by hundreds of thousands of Catholic young people who are all there because of the same reason you are: they want to celebrate and grow in their faith! This creates a joyful and supportive atmosphere surrounding the whole event.
If you don’t know anyone in your group, there will be opportunities early in the pilgrimage to meet others and build community. There will always be group activities for you to join, and your Verso Pilgrimage Director will make sure you are aware of different activities and opportunities throughout the week.
