What is a group flight?

A group flight involves the travel agency booking the airline tickets on a group reservation, rather than the individual travelers arranging their own individual tickets. In the case of Verso Ministries, pilgrims who opt for a group flight delegate the responsibility to Verso Ministries to arrange their air travel to and from the pilgrimage site. This allows the group to travel together and not worry about the logistics of making their own travel arrangements. 

For all pilgrimages, Group Flights require a minimum of 15 pilgrims for the contract to be valid and offered. 

Please note that Group Flight tickets are a different type of ticket than individual retail tickets. They cannot be purchased using miles and will most likely impact your ability to upgrade, select your seat, check-in online, or access certain features. Additionally, in the event of a flight cancellation, Group Flight tickets are only eligible for certain seats and fares when rebooking.
